Please fill in the boxes as noted. There is a space at the bottom for you to pay your dues whether you are just joining or you're a current member. You must be a member to participate in the competition or partake in any of the seminars or classes, whether they pertain to carving or not. Please put a second or third choice down, if you have one, should the seminar you want fills up before we receive your registration
